The SNJDC was established in 1951, as a non-profit organization for the purpose of promoting economic development in the southern eight counties of New Jersey. Our membership is comprised of key leaders and decision-makers from the public and private sectors. SNJDC represents organizations among 30 broad business types, including casino/gaming industry development, education, engineers, the health care industry, transportation, and tourism. The SNJDC hosts an array of informative committee meetings and annual events to bring together its distinguished members to gather information, establish and maintain business relationships, and to form cooperative efforts that result in a better South Jersey.

SNJDC is proud to contribute to our region’s growth by working cooperatively with the region’s county economic development directors in serving as Southern New Jersey’s “Unified Voice for Progress."
