The need for Tourism dollars in New Jersey is an ever-present issue. As the world, country and state economies ebb, support for this sector becomes even more pressing. To insure long-term survivability, effective marketing, promotion and state and local assistance are required.

In the past, with our member roster of experts, unique professional network and strong voice in Trenton, the SNJDC has accomplished much. Listed below are just a few projects we were, and still are, proud to support:

• NJ Motorsports Park
• A call to United Auto Workers {UAW} and Harrah’s Entertainment urging an end to the tension, negative press, and strike warnings that were adversely affecting Atlantic City.
• Collaboration of the enabling legislation legalizing gaming in Atlantic City.
