SNJDC Hosts 66th Annual Awards Luncheon
Celebrating 75 years of service across the region, the Southern New Jersey Development Council (SNJDC) hosted its 66th Annual Awards Luncheon at Tavistock Country Club on Friday, September 18, 2026. There, the council recognized and honored five of its member organizations for their continued economic development and community-focused efforts throughout the area.
The awarded organizations span a variety of industries, including legal services, community development, engineering, architecture, and public affairs. SNJDC’s 2026 award recipients include:
Cooper Levenson, Attorneys at Law — Corporate Citizenship Award | Accepted by Partner Brittany Bonetti
For its commitment to South Jersey through professional leadership, civic engagement, philanthropy, and support of economic development. Its attorneys and professionals serve in leadership roles across the region, contributing their expertise to organizations advancing business growth, education, workforce development and community well-being. The firm also supports business attraction and investment as a Partner in Choose New Jersey and helps facilitate commercial and residential development through its land use practice.
Eastern Pacific Development — Affordable Housing Award | Accepted by CEO Hans Lampart
For demonstrating a sustained commitment to expanding affordable and senior housing while strengthening communities throughout South Jersey. With its affiliated companies, Brookfield Construction and EPAC Management, the firm develops, constructs, rehabilitates, and manages housing communities, serving local families and seniors. It has created hundreds of housing opportunities while advancing neighborhood revitalization, historic rehabilitation, community development, and long-term economic growth.
O’Donnell & Naccarato — Structural Engineering & Design Award | Accepted by Chairman & CEO Anthony Naccarato
For making a significant, lasting contribution to Southern New Jersey’s built environment, providing structural engineering expertise for many of the region’s most important development, redevelopment, and institutional projects. In Camden County alone, the firm has contributed to more than 300 projects, and its regional portfolio includes major healthcare projects for Cooper University Health Care, Virtua Our Lady of Lourdes, and Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill.
PS&S — Architecture, Engineering & Planning Award | Accepted by Vice President of Operations Marge Della Vecchia
For its multidisciplinary approach to architecture, engineering, environmental services, surveying, and planning, and its ability to fuse those disciplines to support complex development projects. Its expertise is exemplified by the Gordon H. Mansfield Apartment Community in West Deptford, where PS&S partnered with Soldier On to design a senior community specifically serving veterans. Through its collaborative approach, PS&S helps create a development responsive to both the needs of residents and Soldier On’s mission.
The Senator Walter Rand Institute for Public Affairs at Rutgers-Camden — Community Impact Award | Accepted by Director Mavis Asiedu-Frimpong

Recent work has examined local pressing issues such as housing, food insecurity, education, and transportation access. Its forthcoming South Jersey Census Hub analyzes a decade of data across all eight southern counties, helping the region understand emerging trends and make informed policy and investment decisions.
Anthony Mongeluzo, President of PCS — the event’s Title Sponsor — presented the awards. The ceremony included remarks from SNJDC President Marlene Asselta and Oak Risk Group Founder and SNJDC Awards Luncheon Committee Chairman Frank Jones, along with acceptance speeches from representatives of each awarded organization.
