SNJDC's Business Development Committee Meeting

The SNJDC Business Development Committee held its final meeting of the year that featured three detailed presentations from new member organizations, each highlighting their role in supporting regional development and industry growth across South Jersey. Co-chairs Kim Schieber, radius180 and John Kanarr , Conner Strong & Buckelew opened the session and guided the discussion, noting the continued value of connecting members whose services directly support the region’s growth.

RETROFIT NJ

Program

The RETROFIT NJ Program is a $75 million upcoming pilot grant initiative designed to fund large-scale decarbonization and energy retrofit projects at existing commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings or campuses across New Jersey.

Green Acres Program 2026 Funding Round

The Green Acres Local Assistance Grants & Loans 2026 funding round supports municipalities, counties, and eligible nonprofit organizations in New Jersey to acquire land, develop parks/open‑space amenities, and undertake stewardship and rehabilitation of existing park assets.
